Tis fear my love To think, How fear can halt the stars And keep the sun from shining Life's a scary movie Sometimes people do die Or even lose a limb But to live a life a lie... One cannot truly know About life’s small story... If one shuts their eyes Through all the scary scenes. Even so... "If one shuts their eyes Through all the scary scenes." ~ I have often put proverbial blinders over my eyes to shut out the scary scenes.
