I feel an urgent need
to protect this solo seed
that fell from a seemingly insignificant weed,
which most feet carelessly pound into the ground.
For when these small wild things abound,
all who strive to stay alive and thrive
go far beyond the state of simple survive,
through mother nature’s open golden gate
into the realm of the majestic and great,
where each seed is cherished,
even the lowliest weed.

Once again mother nature offers much food for thought through the eyes of midnitesun. I always like that!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

in the arms of mother nature
the rose and the weed
both feel her pulse
