where the wild flowers grow

0 posted 2005-09-26 05:38 PM

My eyes are forced into darkness,
my mechanical heart is beating
slowly aching
for need.

Plugs and needles
communication woes,
I cannot mend myself,
you hold
my thread and

you
pull..

the ring
no longer fits my lonesome finger,
my cold steel lashes
blink and
I do not weep.

And you wonder
why, oh why
must I be so
robotic..

you created me,
you imbecile,
you pull...

I am drained of my
pure fuel hunger I

yearn for the taste
for the incredible sight

you pull
away my skies and
my senses are desperately seeking
through the wires.

Yes, thats a question I've been asking myself.  Why does my mind still intertwine with certain people long after I've been able to say, "I remember that person."  Yeah, its that wire, lol.

'you created me'--the ultimate accusation and condemnation.  Well done.
