A girl was thinking about the rainbow
how beautiful it looked
how the wonderful shapes would be hooked

The girl loved to smile
the girl was amazed
of the beautiful things
that God himself has made

The girl saw a dog
so she went up to it
to pet it on its head
then the dog started to shed

The dog was brown
had its tongue rattling from its mouth
as long as the dog was happy
thats all the girl could count

She took the dog beside the rainbow
and named the dog too
the dogs name was "scarlet"
the girl was glad she got help

-God is mysterious in his own ways
