Scorn and slovenly dressed Creature of sidewalk, Self-thought-of-Less. Where did you sleep, what did you eat? Drink? Had he not seen you, would life have been complete? A person to express compassion In time of cold, no heat. Was it he who took you in, Woman of the Street, Out of purest kindness, not For grandeur of doing deed? Then fate and irony fell his way. Things he knew, taken away. Insurmountable prices he Could Not-, Unable was he to pay! Irony had fallen black his way. Irony had fallen black. Had he not seen you, would life have been complete? A person to express compassion In time of cold, no heat. |

Very intriguing. Wonder what the inspiration was? I guess we should all be grateful for what we receive, huh? Had to come back and read it a second time. It is ironic....and very deep. ....jo |

Obsidian Snow, So glad you found it interesting. Thanks for stopping by... miscellanea Startime, First, may I compliment you on your choice of names? Star gazing has always been a favorite of my family. I can not take credit for the originality of the theme. I just couldn't sleep last night until I put down words to help me understand the plight of others. There are pretty amazing people out there, waiting to be seen. I appreciate your response. ~miscellanea suthern, and... MY DEAR, it is truly a treat to hear from you! You know that I hope! Hoping things are well with you. Gosh, I sure wish I frequent the Blue more often! Missing everyone... ~misce |

miscie, Yup, that heart of compassion at work even off duty. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
