The presant is so good
But some can't help but
Remember the past
Sometimes

It takes one little thing
To trigger a memory
Whether it is good or bad
Sometimes something you just want to forget

Sometimes you try to block
That memory you want to forget
But keeps being remembered
Whether you like it or not

But what I have learned
Is that if you want to forget
You just have to
Let got of the past

Perhapps... It takes more then letting go, but love. For if you love something enough you can let it go. I find loving the pain the memories I can still not put to words, I find some ease. Then the words come. Some pain though I am yet to find away to let go. But loving makes it so much easier.
