“I Love You” breeds a certain redundancy… But how do you convey to one that your heart is so full with their soul that they are all you can think about at times? How do you convey the longing those mornings and nights when you wake and lie down without them? How do you convey the desire each day when your mind wanders to the way they caressed you How do you convey that the simple THOUGHT of their touch makes your skin tingle? How do you convey the smile that crosses your lips with every communication ... finding a sense of closeness even in debate? How do you convey the even bigger smile that crosses your lips at the mere sound of their voice. How do you convey the tears that well but never spill as you lose yourself (or is that find yourself?)in their eyes. How do you convey that one has made you feel complete and that if you let yourself you could be content in their arms for eternity. How do you convey that you feel them with your entire mind, body and soul? How do you convey that you are no longer in control of your heart... and neither do you want to be???? I do not seek...I find! |

Love is like a battle And you dont deploy the troops Destroyers on every side cruisers move further afield And submarines patrol the depths It does sound like a strange manual of love Always someone to tell you how it is going wrong Always the alternative And then the bangs and explosions Ones you trust and always there Battleships cruising in Frigates there Love isn't easy But keeping working on it Bodger |

Heather~ There are so many gentle questions in this penning~ I recall that many years ago ... I wrote to one who asked me, 'How will I know?' ... my answer was simply ... When you wake in the early morning and want me more than that first cup of coffee ... GOTCHA~ This is a pondering of wonderful pretty wonderful thoughts~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*When the heart grieves over what it has lost, |
