Forever Special To Me

I can thank one person
For most things I pen
He gave me confidence
Since way back when

I will be forever grateful
My self esteem grew
I know beyond a doubt
He is someone I value

The inspiration he gave
Although miles apart
I am sure that he knew
He touched my heart

As I pen from my heart
Written with sincerity
He shall forever remain
Forever special to me
