Attuned to blue I stay attuned to misty blue, smoky, midnight, and azure, when red and yellow mixed bring up at crisis points a most indifferent orange. The sun wears orange well and it suits a burning bush but, help me please, I’m no one when diluted till insipid. Black once pure and strong almost navy, somewhat grey, a mere diversion from the truth deemed acceptable. Lush and fulsome green and olive trees bear limes in the garden of uncertainty and even white no happy sight when muddied with intent. Beige always takes the cream and the cherry on the top left without a home in the mix and match of opposites. Husband/wife and there is strife when gold manifests as brass and silver imports black spots on outward appearances. My blues aren’t all the same; that’s true because I’ve told you so but the spectrum of my soul, and I’ll grant that yours also, turns and stays “true-blue” when love comes into view!
