The ocean is riddled by corpses, rusting ships, war mines, ancient bones and teasure. It's the most confused place on earth. Yet, most of humanity comprehends the sea as the most beautiful piece of imagery, That we know of, and that we can imagine. That's because inside, As water runs in different paths and directions, We feel alive. As natural as an ocean. Like the ocean, we are confused by a clut of history, and the affects of others on our life. But now I see the true beauty that is the ocean, Is actually the innate beauty of ourselves, Which we compare to the purity of our deep blue waters. This is such the reason for why we may battle and trounce on earth's nature, Yet, it will still provide us the means to stay alive. Because it thanks us for understanding it's beauty, For understanding our own beauty as humans, In the same way I see the beauty of the purist blue oceans in your two eyes tonight, my love. |
