Of Wine and Water The wine has turned mostly water And dissolving all the mortar Eating on my prime of way Each moment gone has spent its stay I filled my cup the wine of sage Still sipping it despite my age Swishing it my mouth for taste There is no sage that I would waste But water overcome the grape And left my door of soul agape Waiting for the psychic krill To fill the vacuum of my mill The register has lost its ring And what I see I cannot sing It hazes there behind a bail With water as the misty veil I think I missed the Arc somehow Making furrows with my plough |

Ah...but just remember that by the time one is a sage, as you are, the wine partaken of is even the better for it is filled with wisdom even when much water is added it is all the sweeter to the palate....*big hugs* |
