She cried

she cried

she cried

they snuck behind her
rolling in

busying herself with
pinks, blues and violet canvas
created
by the marina
from her smile
the dusk of day

until they struck

electric

a lover's touch

icicles rained
splashing my face
kissing my forehead

as I watched

voyeur

It was passion, unbridled.

and the loneliest moment
of my life.

I know exactly what you mean. This
is the feeling I don't have my dear Love with me.

Looking from the outside in, can bring on some lonely tears at times...

Thanks guys, you know I truly appreciate you guys reading and especially with such honest replies.

I was watching a rainstorm come in by myself and it was, utterly, truly beautiful, yet sad to be watching it alone.

Thanks again guys.

Littlewing,

This is amazing. Poetic beauty. I love it.

very moving piece sue

I was afraid of what it would be, just by the title, but I'm glad I explored

you guys are so good to me to see such beauty in something I thought was rather sad.  Thank you for the smiles.

Dix?  you know me . . . if it was something really bad, would be in another spot.

So happy you guys liked.

Yep!

It can make one feel alone...and terribly small
when the sky is so very aroused

You have this tendency to make me cry, by the way I finally did it...I broke the cycle...

I don't know why but I love those lonely times, and seem to really hate them to end.  (love Ed's comment - an aroused sky is a poem in itself isn't it?)

Please another I-spy for us.
