Rock is hard, looks dead-is staid-
But there exists a flame inside, cement-
Encased, its flare-released in shooting arcs
When struck by hammer steel.

It's Gods eye shine, that makes the spark
That's bound in every nartures part,

In each and every human heart,
(though sometimes dim, I must admit)
In hardened stone and comet tails
In shooting stars, and outer reach
Of universes, without in-betweens-
Because they have no start or end.

My feelings are, Gods immanent
Though some believe it transcendent;

But nature shows this seeker this,
Inside the all's where God exists-
It's light is always close nearby,
Though sometimes hidden deep in parts.

I just came in
from the great outdoors...
where snow made magic...
and so much more...

but I didn't feel a chill in part...
until I read this bit of art...

What was once
a lucid dream
flowing freely
through the hardest rocks,
now becomes the frozen face
upon the pond;
as sunday's sermon
for the seekers,
plays its hymns
as background music,
and humble sparrows
glide like prima ballerinas
tho never seeking accolades
or roses tossed
upon their frosted throne
