Lying On needles and pins The scenes begin Playing on the theatre stage in my mind The insomina Enters in Drama queen fashion Reliving the rejection And the fear I try to cast away... Intermission never seems to come soon enough Cause I could use A nice cup of chamomile tea To slow down the junior mints I have stashed away in my system... If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried. |
