A lot to do and nothing works Again it is that time of year So now I've come to bother you With sinless words of rhyme I fear I'm driving to and from my sheep But they don't seem in haste I guess When I put straw into there hut Then all they do is make a mess The wind was blowing hard and cold And I got hay into my eyes I pleaded 'please give me some lambs' But all they said was 'Hé, she cries' So here I sit quite late in night Writing sinless words of rhyme Every year it is the same I can't wait But lambs arrive in their own time Sigh Like scattered leaves...my words will flow |
