I've seen so many people pass me by,
caught up in their own little world-
Never knowing or wondering
about the rest or if the flowers bloom,
Amongst the scent of a worn perfume.

Or the life they don't lead and never knew,
wanting to be kept in a constant routine-
ignoring the people that don't stand out
the beauty of the goths, and others all around,
both wearing mask's to hide their depression;
what a wonderful world if we all knew each other.

Some know people from afar day by day,
staring at what soon turns to a crush-
never knowing what they'll say too nervous
to speak the words that might end their fantasy,
given a chance life offers no second chances;
tell the one's you love that you love them now-
before you are but a memory only known by
the date and name of the grave labelled like you are.

I have a feeling you would not pass by without seeing the flowers bloom.

Enjoyed this very much, Red Stone.  Red Stone?  Reminds me of Iron when broken open.
