Sweet surprise this dawning
It’s a barefoot life
In front of me…violets footloose
Transformation seduces
Words breathe upon the open sea
Motion bouquet of whimsy
There are arcs of light…you and me
Coupled by huge pines
Living along a boulevard

This morning tastes the old ways
Big boned with wide faced smiles
Wearing silvery hair
Caught in jocular sunlight
True belles of the south
Wordy mists on the seas
Playing hide and seek medleys

This day offers me cloths versed
Ones I didn’t have to try on first
Knowing this day would whisper Tuscan
I doubted if I was the only woman
Who still washed dishes by hand?
Quickly dismissing the thought
Designing an immense love for vocation

Imagination feels passion
Even on its own
The artwork is beautiful
Humming new ways to seek
How easily it rhymes
Thinking about sound
Inspired by the human soul
And an inventory akin to magic

Ohhhh such rising ribbons
Exquisite mohair high points found
A community of avenues and events
Like a itinerary in adventure
An intellectual freedom
Sparkling flavored dream cities
Like traveling a pathway between two worlds
Challenged by the voice of contribution
But then the merest whim
Skips a beat, then runs with choice
Corresponding with the intimate
