Romantic Love Gone Astray

I would be amiss
if I only talked of
the beauty of a kiss.
If I failed to say
romantic love
can go astray
and ruin a
perfect day.
The sadness when
two lovers part.
The tearing and
scarring of the
hurting hearts.
Still, there's
only one fault
I can find
in a kiss.
Too often,
it's given
upon the
wrong set
of lips.
