…and then she came, begging liberation… when all the while freedom had been hers, such that never were there ties that bound her dream’s spirit, for fear of breaking wings …still she pleaded, release! Who could not help but wonder at her sanity, then, watching as soul salt collided with full lips pursed in pain… …can’t you see, I shall perish without the sound of paper, shifting… fantasies, lifting… in need of drifting… her torment, mine, her hand, proffered, Come, now, be with me… for her freedom, defined, lays here, in my soul. Karilea - if I whisper, will you listen? Keeping in mind, I must stand close...and keep my promises... |
