On the Mend

I do not know when
I will be ready to see you again
Enough time hasn’t gone by,
you're still constantly on my mind
I still slip into a depression,
one I eventually climb out of
My heart is still in shambles
but it is beginning to mend
When I am ready to see you again,
it may also be the last
Life is kind of strange sometimes;
we never know what lies ahead
And I want to be able to walk away,
without feeling sad

Dixie-

Its when you finally have had enough and you just "snap" one day that's when you can walk away without feeling sad.

Although I feel for my daughter, I was able to do this with the ex.

Paz- (((big hug))) It will get better, I promise! This has lots of emotion.
