Sailing

Sailing on a cloud of thought
I put into a memory port
Wondered on its rainbow trail
With fishing rod and bait and pail

Sat me down beside a brook
Took some bait and bait the hook
Whipped it out upon the stream
And lay me down to dream a dream

It seemed to me a moments pause
The gift a gift from Santa Claus
A spirit float in shinning grace
That brought my heart to still its pace

My fishing line had gone to taught
My hook had caught what I had sought
A memory leaped into the air
An attitude of times declare

It was a kiss of wondrous sate
The very one that sealed my fate

You sailed all around
and ended up back in the Port of PiP...

Yippee eye kye yeah! Mr. T. is back safe and sound and gifting us with soothing sonnet.

You have no idea how appealing this sailing/fishing vacation is to me! I love water! ~ sailing on it, drinking it (drinkable kind that is!), bathing in it, swimming in it, lazing by it, floating on it ~ and fishing for fishies from it!

Sounds like you had a glorious and relaxing time!

Fishing

Now I didn't know you liked to fish!  I love it, and can feel the vibrations of those little rascals on a line I tell you!  Next time I see you - we fish!  Then think of the stories we can tell

Hey sweetie trust me you were sure missed in these halls of blue.

It is nice to be missed and as soon as I settle down I'll be answering each in turn.
