Back to the Future By Larry Chadwick Remembering Ginger Michelle born 2-19-74 died 5-18-02
Memories press against my heart occasionally causing me some pain, Reminding me of the truth, that I am really missing you again. Tempted though I am to smash the hour glass that taunts me, Time is kept in an bottle so fragile that it haunts me.
Comforting how you are absent yet here so continually, In a way that brings me pleasure where pain resides constantly. I have seldom had complaints about what life has been for me, But I had a talk with God to see if he could let me be.
Daunting that the facts were well within my grasp, The future I face is molded because you were in my past. So the warmth I feel that wells up within me, Is the flame that burns inside for everyone to see.
How wonderful: You live because of who I am, And who I am is because you lived…
June 2, 2005
If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Life is full of small miracles, and both pleasure and pain in equal measures. But as you said,
How wonderful: You live because of who I am, And who I am is because you lived…
And THAT, is what makes it so worthwhile! Your words are to be treasured always, Larry Dear!

I cannot thank you enough for this memory...
on this day.
IWIHWT, Larry... I can only seem to go into photographic memory of what was, and never look forward in tomorrows that are today, to see how the shift of things left this lump of clay.
I think someone needs to draw on this mold...like you have...
and while it isn't quite either anniversary of remember for you...
it is very, very glad I am that you wrote this, today.
Thank you, my friend.

Nancy Lee, Thank you dear lady. It is fond to remember inspite of the pain.
Dearest Lori, I think of you so very often and wish that we could. I promise I will read your recent writes as I always like peeking into your heart.
Karilea, Ah sweet friend. How you touch me deep where emotions are supposedly settled. Peace to you and thank you so much.
Martie, The bond of heartache runs deep in the soul. It is your depth that feeds me, thank you.
Paul, Kind man you are indeed generous. Thank you for all you are. I know you understand. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

I love when you write of her, because you show a love that is bonded so beautifully....even in the ache....hugsss you... I keep a fragrance bottle my muse gave me when I met him in endless winter and he settled me into remembering who I am.

Larry, your flame does burn more brightly because of Ginger! ~ and you spread that warmth out into the world through your loving writes. There is so much beauty and grace that dwells within you! ~ and yet you are still a macho motorcycling man! Your yin and yang are in perfect balance!
Loving, healing and comforting hugs, Linda

Larry, this was a very touching read.
Thank you for opening your heart and life for others to see the beauty entwined around the pain.never try to teach a pig to sing it wastes your time AND annoys the pig
