I hand to you a rose of red, Birthed in loam of garden’s bed, Velvet petals on thorned stem, In pulchritude sits crimson gem. In your hands you cup red rose, Lifting bloom up to your nose, Inhaling deep of rose’s scent, Fragrant gift from nature sent. I see a smile upon your face As you inhale of rose’s grace, No greater beauties e’er shall I see, Than twin jewels, red rose and thee. |

I tremor slightly in reading this very lovely poem of yours right NOW, immediately after inhaling the scent of a new red rose blooming on my balcony! That's synchronicity! You certainly have a romantic heart! Love, Margherita ![]() |

BEAUTIFUL! ~ARH "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take - but by the moments that take our breath away." |
