It's one of those days that I want erase
The most stupid thing that I could have done
But I have no luck, thus I will be stuck
I'll sit here and pout till daylight has gone

This keyboard of mine, was just working fine
Until I decided to clean it out
I shook it real firm to let out this germ
But what came out I could well do without

My table all white, it gave me a fright
Was covered in sand and ashes and stuff
There on my screen were spots I've never seen
Blew them away, believe me it's no bluff

My keys are now getting stuck all the time
Don't clean your keyboards...moral of this rhyme

Like scattered leaves...my words will flow

Awwww Titia, just go buy a new keyboard. But, thanks for the warning. I will not attempt to clean my keyboard.

I actually stick mine in the bathtub and wash it

but then I have a spare in case one time it won't start up again. That has happened more times than I care to tell you.

You have now joined the ranks of don't eat at your keyboard - and wrote it so cute!

Titia, I have worn the letters off of two keyboards since I joined PiP! ~ I don't seem to have them long enough to have to clean them! lol

I can imagine how frustrated you must feel! ~ but you sure turned that frustration into one haha of a poem!

BTW ~ how is my namesake doing! I send her lots of love ~ and some to you as well!

made me smile remembering how I took off all the keys one time to clean them since they pop off and I had never taken typing
(before the days of computers)so I coudn't remember which keys went where~~
