Tears

We cry for different reasons but
Our tears are all the same
They dissolve into the mist and
With them goes the shift of blame

Some times it forms a delta
But it’s temporary grime
It stays a little while and
Dissolves within the acid time

So if you form a reason and
Season life its juice of lime
Remember it’s a river
That passes with the swift of time

Its better that you take the salt
And dab a bit as seasoning
Use it as a condiment
To brighten up each coming spring

You need to salt the brew of love
To satisfy a ladylove

You have such a kindred heart...love the way you understand the purposes for the seasonings...we've come to a better place...hopefully...which in turn, helps us understand our mates, to live life togehter, in a better served culinary...wink

This poem touched me deeply because growing up I was taught not to shed tears and it wasn't until I was 40 that I learned to cry...today my grandchildren love to watch sentimental movies with me because the tears flow so easily... those kind of emotions have healed my soul and brought spring to my life....reading this poem does the same to my heart....beautiful words that bring tears of joy to the reader...thank you....*hugs*

  morning sir~
   i have shed many tears
    probably filled a river
    cleansed many wounds
      from the flow~

have a good day, always a joy
      reading you

My spirit will rise

Strange how when we are so very sad ... we cry...yet we can laugh till we cry as well.
Thankyou for this Seymour. You words each morning are the sugar in my tea.
Hugs, Chris

~ May all the tears that you shed, be ones of joy, my friend.
