Who is the most confused of them all?
My subserviant twin answers... "YOU!"
You sick flawless mime,
All things revealed in time.
MIRROR UPON THE WALL!
I'm nothing but a shadow of a man.
CATCH ME WHEN I FALL!
MIRROR, UPON THE WALL!
Tell me depression goes away,
Tell me when there's a brighter day.
MIRROR! (shadow of a man) ON THE WALL!
Tell me when anxiety will end,
When all the wounds will mend.
MIRROR, UPON THE WALL!
I'm just a shadow of a man.

Believe me, you most certainly are not a "Shadow of a Man"! Shadows cannot emote and express as well as you just did! I felt your pain, angst, frustration and confusion ~ but it certainly was not a shadow that was expressing those emotions and thoughts! It was a real man with real feelings writing them! You really are good at venting! I'll wager that it must be cathartic for you to get it all out! Nothing like an out-pouring from the guts to get all the toxic schtuff out of one's body ~ and heart.

I have missed you and your poetry! I was afraid that the hellfires may have melted you! Glad you're back!

Warm hugs (but not too warm, I wouldn't want to be the cause of you changing state, Snowflake!)

A stunning poem filled with the deepest emotions...Mirrors do not reflect emotion so I would say you are far from being the mirror of a man...Writing it our can take it from inside and remove some of the pain....Keep writing...your words will touch the hearts of those who feel as you do and maybe give them some hope that through writing some of the pain can be taken away...
