Bandaiding the Mind Behind the door I test my thoughts And rest my tired, worrying all. Beneath the covers of smiling nights A pressure threatens, as shadows call To down the ups, and narrow the wide Tearing the building of what's inside. Clouds disperse, though slowly float Masking minds abandoning screams. Sad erupts from passion's life Purging fears of losing dreams. And so it goes the downhill slide Behind these eyes that cry inside. Approval Me, a need believed Though truth be known, ignorings best From thoughts of others, pinning tales And He the one who loses quest. I AM, I CAN, I WILL succeed Then He will be the ONE to bleed... M (a little venting) "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

Thank you Helen...Every time I get a prospect of a way to earn a bit of money to make MY life better, my eventual "x" tells me all the bad points of going for it...until he breaks me down and I begin to doubt myself. It is a cycle I am ready to rid myself of. And about time, too. M (I think he is seeing the "beginning of the end") |
