Crowning the grass before the trampling of the pedestrians, on the season's first moon daffodils exhale, above the thaw of the final frost, the heart will attempt now to cradle your memory where once you were seen in the clarity of its open window, watching in wonder the new growth in its dwelling, sweet love's introduction before the footsteps of complacency. |
