glass feather shadows

morning sips cellophane
warmed by summer suggestions
she is the blanket of silk sides
under woolen comfort

there are pockets in her bosom
behind the dark stones
with lava memory
a cove for thoughts

with safe harbor
windless the whispers there
are shadows of glass feathers
drifting the curley grass

voiceless across seas of sand
