You don’t need a weatherman The revolution won’t be televised Or sponsored by Nike,B.P.or Coke. You won’t find it on Fox or CNN But in the hearts of the downtrodden With hope. The working poor,fattening the hog Used,abused then put out like a dog Till needed again The control junkies dope The salt of the earth Hardening power hungry arteries Bringing on the fatal stroke Then the reincarnation of reason. Live like it's your last day... |

Hi and thanks Kacy and Renee...appreciate you taking the time to read and reply,been avoiding politics of late but just seems to be a rather chilly wind blowing locally so added my 2cents worth...been busy,back at work in the local bar and eatery and putting a little more serious effort into getting some music together.Thanks again,miss spending more time here with you ,will try to do better,enjoy both your inspiring writes. Live like it's your last day... |
