I can't stand the rain
that pours upon my face
at least it hides away
my tears and puts my
mind in outer space

I can't stand the way
things are why did you
change so quickly
how come this always
happens to me its some
paradox mystery.

The sun shines in
on my window sill
as I think of the
bright times I had

Then the rain comes down
and pours upon my face
once again destroying my happiness
because that is how it always ends.

Fool me once shame on you.....Fool me twice shame on me.....
