images
fragments
of emotions
indistinct thoughts

dressed in naught
they move
silently
beyond the eye

they make for themselves
a garden by the sea
a grove
an orchard
of cool shades

summer
with it’s peaches
autumn
whose colors
praise desire

from sunrise to sunset
how softly the years
still quietly play—
on notes of light
the tunes they loved
