Rendering The cold seeps in where empty holds court trying to break away from the mundane Cycling before the crash where intimacy is lacking and the eyes are blinded by the past Heavy the sighs as the wait lengthens and time does it number on me as always The warmth of tea and the promise of vanilla slight the ache allow the lingering until the fever of remembrance is conditioned to the stimuli and I am prepared for tomorrow M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

I hate the part of the night where I prep myself for the next day. Usually tomorrow looks bleak, too. I love your words. ![]() Always, Alyssa He was a man of sorrows |

Thank you everyone... I am remiss for not responding much and apologize... but as it sometimes happens negativity seems to be following or surrounding me and for now I will just read when/if having time as my younger brother (only 53) has just had a stroke and well poetry and words seem to escape me for now. hugs and thanks for the attention you lend me when needed Maureen |
