Closed minds allow dust gathering mental chards of decay Heedless of moral codes they still find something to say Suffer not my mind with thoughts from your vomitous attitude they are no more than the Devil’s words regurgitated and spewed Provoking with a fire brand without thought to scars of flame unless you’re willing to stand up shut up and take the blame! |

Talk about fire breathing poets! When you return to the board, you return with an amazingly hot write. Good to read you again, m'friend. |

A very powerful piece with a lot of conviction behind each word and a joy to read. Welcome back to the pages of blue. |

Lots of poetic clout in the thoughts presented in this piece. I like the intensity. Nice writing. Eric |

Thank you all for reading!!! This poem was done off the cuff in reaction to someone who made me angry! Reading it again, I see that anger and really, I am not that mean! LOL I'll write something sweet and kind later. I just got online after being offline for almost 6 months. A lot has happened in that time (like losing a hard drive with a lot of my work on it!). But you'll be seeing more of me now that I'm 'back'! Compassion is the heart and integrity is the soul of excellence. |
