Written because at that time I couldn't watch Disney Movies, well we can't always work overseas watching TV. Written because of the complete rubbish of being macho. A man is a man whether physical or not, it is in the soul and you know. The hardest managers I have ever had, have been women. Quality not sex, is what matters. This originates from a lot of things and only you can decide what is relevant. Dave On this manly guise we moved beyond the safe water to stand on the outer skirts of the reef In the good times we dived In the bad times we waited On the night of nights we fought for the strongest to face the wave On that night when we celebrated I went early Dishonest but I wanted to face the wave we knew In my blood I felt I must Lit by flames I raced knowing I could never stop my brother He matched me on the reef We waited in our own thoughts In own desires We faced Forces stronger than us |

deep considerations here - thoughtful - I enjoyed - Susan Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |

Thanks Susan I still get annoyed that people consider women can not operate at the highest levels. They are stopped because they would probably be better at it, but I am not a small or large politician so I want the best resources used in the best way and I personally dont give a damn what their sex is, providing a dont have them as one "Lady" did sticking her legs on a table while I was doing a presentation. You wouldn't take it from a man if you were a woman doing a presentation but it did make it easier to get the crayon off the board. Dave |
