Bare your soul!

My candle is lit tonight.

And its sacred fire dances

to the sound of your name.

Bare your soul and surrender

to the heat of my desire.

Feed the tongues of flame

with the purity of your love

and move into my embrace.

The sparks shoot high

while our souls burn

and melt into One.

A sublime divine sigh

transcends you and I

dilating into the ether

enchanting the realms

of forever.

*

Love, Margherita

My dear poet friends, thank you all from my heart for your loving comments.

Dear Karilea, I confess that I enjoy very very much trying to find the right picture to go with my poems. When the author is indicated I mention the name always of course. I would have loved sometimes to post my own pictures, but as they are not internet linked I can't (not here that is). I must find a way.

Have a wonderful week-end all!

Love,
Margherita

The mystery of two proverbial flames becoming one so very very passionate you've describe so very very well. Enjoyed reading and do now believe that you and yours will certainly have a most wonderful Valentine's Day. -Bob

Thank you again my dear poet friends. There is nothing like the realization that we are ONE. This dance of flames is the MELTING process and there is no greater event. It is of cosmic resonance.
Love to all.
Margherita
