Chapter 2 T’were a pool of fates perplexion that beckoned forth my line fall. To its languid waters Hued in cues of blue flowing as crystals. I still remember her banks from softer bare foot summer days . When cool mud had slipped between my toes as a youth. . Mighty oaks poured out before me still holding their hallowed ground. Though they had long since lost their vibrance. They revealed to me the many lines sent long before that of me. Only to meet their fate on the twig and limb of encroachment over water. Though countless more danced in eternal ebb with their moss and bedrock captores. But through studying the flow hope could be found. For a line presented in perfection would be what you choose. Though numerous lines had gone before. This one was loaded in love charging forth in compassion. Its song in air was but a whisper as it kissed the water silent. It was reaching! - Reaching out for you in the depths of darks despair. While I wondered when you’d come to know the point of truth in your mouth. My answer came every so fleeting in bowed rod and rejoicing reel . As you, you fought your way out of the depths. So your silvered body would once again glisten the passion of light as a pink sash down your side. While the freckles that adorn you reflect the sacred path of angels lips in loves delight over you. Oh but to land your beauty in my net and once again fill my creel with the essence of your love. That I might carry it forth one last time to a world of hunger and pain … But could the brilliance of your beauty be known in truths knowledge to such a world. I dare to hope, but in you... <*((( >< |

I heard the music of the zipping line, and recalled the feel of the fish, still in the water. A wonderful wake up read. TD |

Soul-man "While the freckles that adorn you reflect the sacred path" The "sacred path" thats the one that leads us to where the river runs through heaven. I know it well, been on it many times, know where it leads and why you seek it....it is the "road less traveled by" The grass on it bends towards the river which you speak of here it this placid verse... In it, always rise the caddis and white gloved howdy, coffin flys and March browns...and your line never slaps the water, every cast is a double haul-60 footer... Tight lines brother, thank you for the poem...(and the preview) ____________ice/ford ><> |

Ice man, I hope to run in to you on that sacred path some day. Maybee then we can get a little fishin done. You know the best thing about heavens waters bro, is that their wont be a snake in the grass. Oh and if their was youd see a fat man walk on water.lol |
