Conscious of greasy heads of hair unwashed crown covers were kept secret no one would suspect how many days were kept free of shampoos safety from exposure was the theme something from the inside showed through the mask girl fridays probably taunted his choice of head dress was an old man's cap, they teased how he was ill of ease self-consciousness would peter down through follicle dependant years Through shameless encounters "I know what they want," he'd say did he really expect them to accept him for what he wanted? found comfort in long lengths of hair what opposite sex calls debonair but once the cover was shed there was a stain left somewhere out, out stubborn spot conscious of the way it was combed to cover a thinned front oil caked deposits at the roots it all needed a cap to conceal.. tarnished an already bland appeal. I can think of a lot of people this needs writing about. Usually those who walk around dirty until they hit the day to wash their hair. Dave |
