A Quick Song before Church Sometimes God seems so far away... Sometimes he feels near me, I don’t know where he is today... Jesus can you hear me? Jesus can you hear me? Sometimes there are happy times... Sometimes there is sorrow, I can’t tell which way is mine... Will I know tomorrow? Will I know tomorrow? Still bending and mending my fragile heart. Sometimes I’m atop the mountain... Sometimes in the valley, I don’t know if I’m calm or shouting, Jesus can you help me? Jesus can you help me? Sometimes God seems so far away... Sometimes he feels near me, I don’t know where he is today... Jesus can you hear me? Jesus can you hear me? Still bending and mending my fragile heart. Lighthouse Bob |

I wish I could here the notes Bob, but the ones I attached to our song sounded just fine! Happy Sunday m'friend, and God bless you and the family. The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. |

Dear Bob, your heart may be fragile, but it is so sincere and pure in this outcry to God, that I doubt not a moment that the answer was sent. It's just so as you say ... we fall and rise in our attempt to understand life and its challenges. He knows ... Heartfelt and poignant. Love, Margherita |

(Smiles) Thank you all for stopping by and for reading my little song that I received just before going to church this Sunday. I barely got to church on time as I wanted to get this posted for you to read, but I'm sooooo glad that I did and I am very very thankful for your many kind replies and encouragements. I appreciate all of you so very very much. -Bob |

Well church started early on sunday for me so I didn't make it in then... but I'm glad I still didn't miss it! I've definitely been here before. Still, it's such a comfort to know that even when we ask or we tell ourselves he can't hear us... we always know that he's listening to us and holding us close. Great song. Always, Alyssa He was a man of sorrows |

I have had the same questions. I think everyone has, at one time or another. An excellent piece here Bob. I'm glad I didn't miss it as these poems go to the bottom so fast. |

Thanks again for all of your kind replies and it is so very encouraging for me to read from you that I am not the only one here who has these feelings about God... ...and, yes, Opoetry4me, I do hear you singing and I think that you actually sing this song better than I do. (Smiles) -Bob |
