Death is no enigma, not puzzling Witnessed Everyday...common. But life!, new life! Is a riddle, unsolvable... That a woman in labor Breaches at the confluence Of leg branches, an amniotic Sea that floats a ripe fruit, From a lovely flower blossom Nine months After being dusted with pollen; Is truly a miracle, A thing that makes solving The riddle improbable. Come read to me some poem, Some simple and heartfelt lay, That shall soothe this restless feeling And banish the thoughts of day. Longfellow |

That a woman in labor Breaches at the confluence Of leg branches, an amniotic Sea that floats a ripe fruit, From a lovely flower blossom ~*~ Having been there...in several ways... never takes away the joy of the new! But the curious kitten that I am is begging to know, are you kin to this miracle? And if so...your name, Sir... Dad? Uncle? Grandpa??? Please feed me my cream in your answer! |

Nancy Glad you enjoyed this piece.. Thanks again for helping me.. Kacy It is a "dang" miracle..."everytime.... Thanks for your reply... Karilea Yes, I am 'kin' to the miracle...4 times And I am a dad, an uncle and a grandpa.. Have seen two of my children born....The first one was born when dads paced the waiting room with a pocket of cigars, with the second and third I was a birth witness, and the fourth was a c-section, the hospital kept me out of the room.... Hope that gives you a milk mustache.....lol Come read to me some poem, |

Purrrrrr....it most certainly did! I'm sure glad I didn't ask if it meant you were a great-grandpa... It is most certainly a most wonderful moment! |
