Even though you may be far away And our hopes are for a better day We are so blessed with what we have A love that is far beyond compare A love where two hearts blend into one With a bond that nothing has made undone Even though problems may arise For this life is never perfect underneath the skies We still will be thankful for our love so true Even though at times we feel so blue Those times are never because we are "together" But always come from life's stormy weather And even though we sometimes are apart Our love grows steadily within our hearts Our love is more than any couple I know And we know will continue to grow and grow For, the stormy weather never lasts too long And all the problems tend to make our love strong So even though we may at times feel blue We feel assured, for you have me and I have you |
