Sounds part the night
Joisting in the smell of a July
Rampaging in noise, smell, energy
Alive
Words tossed into vacuums generating empty words

That remain amongst water in canals
That drift amongst
Quieter words
Casting patterns
Quilting a network
Of dreams

To desire
