I plow sonnets as would farmers' furrow differing as to past or present tense, he tills toward a future as he harrows, I rail against the limits of the fence He seeds a hopeful plat of known dimensions, I bleed in woeful echoes from a past, his faith's in shallow burials' ascension, I break a bone to prey on marrows' mass His roots are cellared waiting for a season, the dark, the rain and cold are merely tools while hindsight nearly blinds this sinners' reason so often injured sparring with the rules while both invest their honest sweat and toil one's strength is he can often choose his soil |

"while hindsight nearly blinds this sinners' reason so often injured sparring with the rules" You know, Richard, it is just that about you that makes your poetry so good. I admire you and your poetic field. I like that new pic too! |
