I can look at girls From young to mature women And appreciate. I can see the curls, Slinky dresses they are in Going on a date. Little black dress with slit up the side Covers everything but doesn’t hide, Entices to make a man want a taste From ruby lips to slender waist. But I only watch As others take them away, For I remember And think them not as a catch, No matter their age Just little girls at their play Too young for a proper match. So when at my door Wishing to come in and play, It’s then I implore That they nicely go away For it is my age, I remember them at school And now that I'm the old fool. Hey handsome won’t you take a chance, I’m sure you remember how to dance, And you are so gentle and kind Please to your body take mine As we sway to the music of the night The holding will make it seem right. I’m sure it is nice, And you’ve blossomed very well, But ask me not twice For no is too hard to tell As my heart does rage. Let me keep the memory Of the offer you’ve give me. I think some red wine Will numb the lusty old fool, Erasing my mind And letting me cool. Gloom [This message has been edited by Professor Gloom (11-19-2004 06:14 AM).] |

If I don't ask, may I sit beside you, share a glass, and we will reminisce? |
