Fitting In Recalling words and feelings spent the past, over but never forgotten as words bring up pain, families torn deaths too many and aging just a matter of life... A time of thanks soon coming, to share what once was, what is and what will be...but alone among the others wondering if I can do it Always hearing there is strength seen by others wondering why I don't see it that way Feeling tormented by the tears that have ripped apart hearts by words that should never have been felt or spoken or shown through those trying times Thanksgiving will come and go The hurts will do the same and another year will pass me by and I wonder how I fit in. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

We all fit in somewhere, eventually. Your write reminds me of so much time long since past. Every line was great. Steve. |

M..I know... every year things change just a little... Seems that one of the nest dies just about every year..as each of them grows much older. And kids are growing into adults or are adults...and feelings sometimes surface that should have never broken the earth above them...tense times, when thanx should be given for what we have...if only it were so easy. Hugs to ya and best to you at your day of Thanksgiving... |
