standing on a shadow's lace

I Am Stained Dark

did you just want to touch
the outlines of the tattoo
colors underneath bleed
of the true outline of me
could you slip beneath
the scars and bruises
to where the tender is
a place of velvet I hide
incase another touch hurts
needling me to death
stained I can be so dark
in a design I did not pick

a person with patience, and understanding of self will...if he possesses compassion not for himself, but for others...and is a man of complete fidelity to self...which will flower every life he touches.

complex patterns we get inked into our souls.. some bleed more than others underneath..

and it didn't hurt me
