~*~*~ I wish you didn't have to go there's no more talking in my sleep I never wanted to lose connection but I'm not afraid of the dark I just need to run out of tears I wish I'd never known. I'll look forward to better days and take comfort in the warmth as it moves across the sky the same blue sky as you and I just a different star I wish I didn't have to fall. When the clouds roll in and hover I'll wrap around them and take cover then sing another song and let it carry me away like smoke rings in the mirror I wish they'd never blown. ~*~*~ |

nicely done... but wishing we hadn't fallen is like wishing we never felt.. both hurt... but the journey until the thud, can be quite enjoyable. |

I wish they'd never blown. yes it's a hard call to make, tho i understand, but before while it was blowing, it was so so good,so hopefully that sticks a bit, so sad girlfriend, so sad  |

Lori, How I love your use of nature to convey such deep feelings. It has double the punch, I think. And once again you write so very well. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
