Days that wind around each other
Sunshine winking its morn at me
Wildflowers reaching, a touch at hand
Skies opening, their blue to see.

Trapped inside, these feelings harbor
Releasing slowly, capsule timed
Quiet thoughts to mark my Friday
A gift of you, my moment's rhymed.

There's comfort in those eyes that visit
Traveling down this body's road
Behind the window, locked in memories
Stalling time in techno-code...

Not alone, with thoughts there, hidden
in between these lines bestowed.

smiles and hugs...this sounds so understanding and peaceful

I've learned to greatly appreciate the silence of peaceful moments...to me, it is a blessing and a gift given after a life time of wanton.
