In the hollows of my life,
you are the softness of a light
shining in the distance like the stars.

I know you don’t believe,
I’ve felt the pain inside your dreams
and I am not the answer to your prayers.

Soon the Winter’s winds will come,
still perhaps I'll see the Spring
bringing hope out of the darkness and the cold;

you are turned away from me,
I am sure this meets your needs;
I wish you knew I watch you from afar.

Ice,

A heart-wrenching post.  As a fellow man, I am in this predicament with my wife more than I would like to be.  I suppose, however, that it is my nature.  I'm the guy you'll most likely see standing in front of the floral fridge at midnight in a grocery store.  Perhaps I'll see you there.  We can share notes.  I write much better than I talk.  That's my problem.  I've seen many a cold shoulder.  I completely understand this write.  It was visually stunning and moving.  I loved every word of it.  It was simply beautiful, touching poetry.  You are brilliant and human, my friend.

Such deep longing and ache to this write.
Very well expressed sir.

You've turned away yourself, and turned back in time...something I too have watched from far away...it's never time to abandon the quest, and never time to resign the game. Play through to checkmate, brother -- stalemate's not your style.

I would like to think there are one or two from my life that watch me from afar...

I know there are one or two that I watch from afar...

  I understood this in my own way and am amazed that you can write it so well.

Icebox, this is truly beautiful with so much longing.

"I wish you knew I watch you from afar."

Well.

I had my suspicions.

But if I'd known for sure you were watching I'd have put on a better show.

yer beautiful when yer peeping.

That Power is a gift, not a ticket, a responsibility, not a license. I hope you aren't playing the voyeur with someone who isn't fully aware or doesn't want it, but rather watching over someone who returns your love and is free to do so. You're aware of karma, so you'll understand both the difference, and the penalties.

I think and believe there is no greater gift then to share submittal with someone for the rest of your life...
I to, parrot James message...he has left a brilliant and most accurate comment.

Love to you my friend
