Just as a firestorm
might rage over thirsty hills
consuming all that is dry
and withered, her thirst for love
spread over her like a wildfire.

Her passions raged within
erupting at the sound
of his voice, at the touch
of his hand. Her passion flames
spilled over, spread quickly,
consuming all the love
that he had held within
after the years of his drought.

Smoldering flames
ignited at the union
of these two thirsty spirits,
two accelerating forces.
She felt the winds of time
gust over the embers
of what was...to ignite
the fuel of what could be.

She was caught in
an uncontrollable maelstrom
as the two hearts burned
in the white heat of
a fast and furious firestorm.
